Monitor and supervise the execution and coordination of site activities
Prepare & update daily site work records and site diary
Manage and oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the construction site
To record and control material usage or transfer at the site
To record and maintain an accurate record of construction worker attendance
To record and monitor machineries and material wastage on site
To record and monitor consumables on site
Carry out site work inspection with stakeholder representatives to ensure quality work on the site
To maintain and implement housekeeping and safety practices for workers and visitors
Responsible for coordinating and proactive supervision on site including site progress, sub-contractor’s performance and site organization
Supervise and check the site work according to drawing, specification and schedule |
